*Application Subject Matter Consultant
Zurich (Anoka, MN) seeks an Application Subject Matter Consultant to produce code/applications for web development per project requests that have been submitted from the user community, work on AAT and provide assistance for production issues. Specific duties include: act in the highest-level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives; utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs; work on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors; plan, perform, and act as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing; lead most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts; act as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process; and create Automated Acceptance Testing Scripts as needed. Option to work remotely is available.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems and Information Technology, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a .Net Developer, or similar position producing code/applications for web development. Must have 5 years of experience with: programming in C#.Net and/or VB.Net; working in database access using structured query language and stored procedures. Must have 3 years of experience working with HTML5, Bootstrap, web services and web APIs. Must have 2 years of experience with each of the following: working in an Agile environment; working with application development tools; and experience with application design and architecture; working with Angular version 2.0 or greater, Javascript, and Typescript.
