Market Execution Lead or Market Execution Lead, AVP - Crop

The Market Execution Team within RCIS is seeking a Market Execution Project Lead (6T) or a Market Execution Lead, AVP (7T).
The Market Execution Team works on high priority initiatives for RCIS to achieve our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in executing RCIS strategy to achieve profitable growth, improve ease of doing business and build a high-performance culture.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of senior executives to drive the cross- functional key initiatives in RCIS, showcase your problem solving, project management and relationship management skills. Working with all Functions including Claims, Underwriting, Operations, IT and Finance on a diverse set of topics will provide a holistic understanding of the Crop business and strong development opportunities.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and team management/interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to build strong working relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.

Key responsibilities may also include:
- Leading projects to support strategy execution
- Leading meetings and problem solving sessions with the broader groups from the Crop internal stakeholders including senior executives
- Supporting new strategy implementation efforts and evaluating key projects/initiatives to determine if key deliverables are being met.
- Constructing and managing senior executive level presentations that convey analyses and insights in a cohesive story (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Drawing connections and insights across multiple projects / parts of the organization to ensure continuity of organization wide initiatives.
This role will be filled at either the Market Execution Project Lead or Market Execution Lead, AVP level. The hiring manager will determine the appropriate level based upon the selected applicant’s experience and skill set relative to the qualifications listed for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
Market Execution Project Lead:
- Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Strategic or Project Management/Consulting
OR
Market Execution Lead, AVP:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Strategic or Project Management/Consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Project Management experience
- Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of relational databases
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships, particularly with market-facing teams
- Insurance industry experience

We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education.
The combined salary range for this position is $85,500 to $175,100. with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set between 15% and 20% dependent upon the level of the role..
