Private Product Integration Manager
Zurich Crop (Doing business as Rural Community Insurance Services or RCIS) provides risk protection services through leading crop insurance agents to protect America's farmers and ranchers. RCIS has been a leading innovator in crop insurance since 1982, after the crop insurance business was privatized by the federal government. With a national network of about 3,600 agents, Zurich Crop conducts business in all 50 U.S. states, insuring 90 million acres and more than 160 crops.

AND - Crop insurance experience

- Significant crop insurance experience, ideally spanning private products, underwriting, sales strategy, product management, training or technical operations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policy provisions, underwriting guidelines, rating concepts, eligibility rules and complex product interactions, and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering directly with crop insurance agents, regional sales teams and/or distribution leaders in a field-facing environment.
- Experience conducting competitor and market analysis and translating insights into product positioning, product development or go-to-market actions.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40%, including multi-day field travel during peak planning, training and sales periods.
