Zurich is currently looking for a Records Processor to join our Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team. RCIS is one of the leading crop insurance providers in the U.S. RCIS offers insurance protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 3,600 licensed agents. RCIS offers a wide range of private product coverages, including a diverse selection of named-peril options, supplemental and stand-alone insurance products as well as federal crop insurance plans through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency. Together with RCIS agents, we protect America’s farmers and ranchers.

This is a hybrid position with mandatory 3 days in office. The candidate selected for this opportunity should report into the following North American office location: Anoka, MN.

 

As a Records Processor, one will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

 

  • Responsible for using multiple computer applications and knowledge of general computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Office, Acrobat Adobe, Windows Applications, Microsoft Dynamic/CRM, entering transactions into PC applications using 10 key data entry skills)

  • Meet workload production with established guidelines/timeliness standards.

  • Using multiple resources and records to verify accuracy of general database entries.

  • Responsible for managing customer service-related tasks, including prompt email responses and addressing internal inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Oversee the review, verification, and editing of digital documents and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Deliver imaging production support to ensure meeting departmental service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Work under general supervision following established processes and procedures as a team and/or independently.

  • Ability to exercise judgment within set guidelines.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Clerical Support area
    OR

  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Crop Insurance industry experience.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Acrobat Adobe, Windows Applications

 

At Zurich, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Additional rewards may encompass short-term incentive bonuses and merit increases. We encourage candidates with salary expectations beyond the provided range to apply as they will be considered based on their experience, skills, and education. The compensation indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed hourly rate for this position is $22.02 - $30.24, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
