An excellent opportunity has become available for a Claims Advisor, Motor (12 month maternity cover) within our General Insurance, Motor Claims function.

 

  • Reporting to the Motor Claims Manager, you will manage and resolve allocated claims to the best advantage for the company whilst maintaining a standard of fairness to claimants, and compliance within management procedures, standards and values.
  • Comply with all regulatory, industry and organisational standards pertaining to this position by following set procedures and processes.
  • Follow all systems and processes that are designed to record and report regulatory, industry and organisational breaches, in particular breaches of standards prescribed by the Zurich Risk Policy Manual.
  • To provide a level of service that matches or exceeds the minimum service standards by taking a flexible and pro-active approach towards satisfying our clients without compromising the position of Zurich as the insurer.
  • Maintain a professional, consistent approach towards all claims, whilst operating within the authority levels and procedural guidelines of the business unit.

  

Important to your success - let's grow together   

 

  • Experience in Claims handling (preferably Motor Claims)
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Word and Excel to an intermediate level of proficiency
  • Ability to provide high quality service to external & internal stakeholders.
