As an AI & Data Scientist – Internal Audit you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver impactful 1:1 DA training, such as helping internal auditors apply data analytics quickly, safely, and with a strong focus on value.
• Increase data access, such as identifying and prioritizing new useful data sources with local audit teams to apply in our audits.
• Partner with our Centres of Excellence, such as building strong relationships to plan audits, share insights, and design better data strategies for the future.
• Be a key driver of our learning culture, such as supporting team development, promoting experimentation, and coaching others to foster a continuous learning mindset.
• Embrace GenAI, such as exploring new ways to redesign workflows, optimize outcomes, and strengthen future-ready skills.
• Support wider audit activities, such as contributing to risk assessments, audit planning, team meetings, and trainings.
• Collaborate AsOne, such as working closely with teams at all levels to achieve the best possible audit outcomes.
• Uphold ethics and integrity, such as ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and internal policies while modeling strong ethical behavior.
• Work alongside experts across technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience.
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

• Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself and others around you. You should love helping others learn!
• Minimum 2+ years of working with data to create value. Experience in data engineering, data visualization, text analytics, process mining, AI and GenAI.
• Good understanding of P&C and/or Life insurance
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or professional qualification in data, AI or similar
• Ideally experienced in the following tools:
  • Excel/Power Query
  • Power BI/QlikSense/Tableau
  • Dataiku/Fabric/Alteryx/Databricks
  • Microsoft Copilots/Agents
• Strong relationship management skills, with proven record of working with and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
