Your role

As a Change Management and Adoption trainee you will have opportunity to: 

• Collaborate with the Capability Building team to support the development of change management and adoption strategies for new initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of awareness materials and communication plans to promote new technologies and processes.
• Provide support for the planning and execution of change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and user adoption tracking.
• Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion programs in Tech&Ops, promoting social equity and equal opportunities for all individuals. This may include research, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help drive successful adoption of new technology and process changes within the organization.

 Your Skills and Experience

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is: 

• Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory 
• University student interested in developing career in tech field 
• Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program  
• Tech savvy approach 
• Ideally has background or studies in corporate communications
• An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn 
• A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude 
• Able to use English for communication with colleague and managers from abroad on daily basis
