Customer Strategic Specialist EMEA

Perhaps this is the 10th Job Description you read today, sitting on your couch with Netflix playing in the background, or contemplating your life planning to refresh your career. I am sure by now all offers look the same.

We focus our efforts in helping youths in risk of social marginalization and fighting climate change by reforesting parks or woods in Madrid and in the Doñana Forest. This year alone, we have already volunteered for over 2000h!

At this point you might be asking yourself: Laia, how will be my day to day wearing the blue sweater?  I asked that question too.


  • You will implement a robust process of tracking customer KPIs and key actions alongside EMEA BUs.
  • You will lead, coordinate and support quarterly EMEA CAP (Customer Action Plan) reviews with the Group Customer Office, ensuring that the region's overall strategic messages and actions to meet customer objectives are in place. well articulated.
  • You will develop messaging for tracking EMEA client KPIs and executing key client initiatives for both Group reporting and external EMEA presentations.
  • You will identify, collect, extract and synthesize customer data from different sources to influence decision making and identify opportunities, using tools such as Power BI and Python.
  • You will present results and conclusions of the analyzes carried out, adapting them to each forum to improve understanding and decision making.
  • You will respond to the needs of other areas by analyzing the available data, to offer detailed information and contribute to improving the development of the strategy.
  • You will manage several projects simultaneously to meet agreed deadlines.
  • You will prepare reports for the Group, EMEA and the Group Board of Directors.
  • You will drive the Single View of Customer.
  • You will detect needs to improve customer data analytics.


How do you know you fit in? I’ll explain:


Don’t worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.  


  • University degree in ADE, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or similar.
  • High level of English. Spoken, written and in presentations.
  • Consolidated experience in similar positions of strategy and data management.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and languages (e.g. Microstrategy, Python, Power BI).
  • Experience in data construction projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and issues in parallel.
  • Communication and influence skills, applicable to the exchange of ideas and processing of complex information concisely, as well as the ability to manage matters pragmatically and innovatively.
  • We are looking for a person with analytical skills and numerical agility, team player, adaptability to change, customer vision and results orientation.
  • If you have a good attitude, proactivity, focus on excellence and flexibility, this is your place!
