What Can You Expect?

And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I’m glad you asked – I asked myself the same question at the time.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate on exciting projects, such as supporting global marketing campaigns by publishing and optimizing content across Zurich’s external .com web channels.
  

• Develop and deploy innovative tech solutions, such as creating and maintaining engaging landing pages, campaign pages and newsletters using our Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  

• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity

What Makes You a great Fit?

While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

• 0–2 years of experience in similar digital marketing or web content roles.
  
  
• University Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  
  
• Fluent English; German skills are a plus.
  
  
• Hands-on experience using a CMS to publish web pages and generate newsletters. Experience with Sitecore is a plus but not mandatory.
  
  
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms to build and send newsletters and campaigns.
  
  
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to adjust layouts and troubleshoot issues.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar tools to adapt imagery to different online formats (thumbnails, banners, hero images, etc.).
  
  
• A strong flair for layout and design, with an eye for usability and user experience.
  
  
• A data‑driven mindset and curiosity to use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to improve content performance (bounce rate, page views, time on page, etc.).
  
  
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO/GEO principles would be a strong advantage when optimizing pages for search and user engagement.
