Our opportunity

You act as a true business partner and peer as the "Product Manager” in the GTO organization for the digital & omnichannel domain. You define a strategic vision for the technological evolution of your domain in close alignment with the business evolution strategy.

With your excellent knowledge of solutions used in both the digital and omnichannel domains, as well as your experience in transformations & business operations, you drive the transformation of solutions used in this domain, leveraging agile methodologies deployed at Zurich Insurance Group.

This is a temporary role.

 

Your role

  

As a Digital Product Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing and owning the technology strategy and vision for a comprehensive omnichannel experience and leading its execution which includes domain architecture definition, choice of technological solutions, feature roadmap
  • Collaborating with and aligning global and local stakeholders to maximize business value and ROI by continuously improving product features and capabilities.
  • Defining, measuring, and enhancing the user experience in collaboration with CX, UX/UI design services teams to meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility and user satisfaction.
  • Leading the product discovery & delivery streams
  • Ensuring the maintenance and the quality of the service including level 1, 2 and 3 support, solution availability, response times, security
  • Managing solution providers (software vendors, IT partners) contractual agreements, vendor relationship and budget across the domain solutions
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team, supporting their professional development (training and career plans), defining and evaluating objectives

 

Your Skills and Experience 

 

As a Digital Product manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • University degree, preferably in the areas of digital technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Certified project management and Agile practitioner (Scrum / Agile / PMI...)
  • Over 8 years’ proven experience with digital platforms such as Digital wallet, video conferencing, design systems, survey management, mobile analytics (google analytics…) including market launch and operationalization.
  • Strong understanding of customer facing digital processes, insurance domain, customer data architectures and integration capabilities
  • A passion for digital technology with a customer-centric driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Energetic, passionate, creative, straight forward and performance driven personality
  • Proactive and accountable person who cultivates professional network and build effective working relationships in an international matrix environment.
  • Collaboration oriented attitude, high level of integrity and commitment
  • Experienced in leading and coaching product teams in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
