Driving both internal and external changes to simplify and modernize our shops, products, processes and go-to market approach.

 

Your Role

 

As a Director, Senior Change Management your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Support strategy design and implementation for core transformation initiatives under BTO and EMEA in the area of both Technology & operations
  • Develop actionable business plans and compelling cost-benefit case
  • Engaging with the various technical and business expertise to define and develop fit for purpose Technology, Data, Process solutions and plans
  • Drive execution, coordinate work-streams end to end and ensure together with the sponsors the delivery of the expected business outcomes and benefit case
  • Single point of contact for the project/program sponsor, including set-up of necessary governance to ensure benefit case is being met beyond pure delivery of the project
  • Identify in alignment with the sponsor stakeholder groups relevant for the project/ program keeping them engaged throughout the project using relevant communications
  • Provide feedback and validate relevant architecture standards to make sure that they fit for purpose

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a Director, Senior Change Management your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Graduate caliber with 10+ Strategy design & business change experience, to include insurance related
  • Experience in large insurance or bank digital transformation programs
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Being visionary and strategic thinking, understand insurance market and process
  • Has experience in Go-to-Market and productization
  • Has good knowledge and experience in data analytics and AI & Data-driven business /organization 
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools, methodology and best practice
  • Ability to simplify and move forward individual pieces of a complex environment
  • Attention to the details and ability to analyze complex business problems and dependencies and structuring and proposing solutions
  • Proactive and solution oriented with ability to work within ambiguous scenarios with focus on final outcomes
  • Proven track record of being a great team player whilst managing your time efficiently and staying positive under difficult situations
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills with an ability to identify, prepare and interpret management information
  • Ability to excel in a matrix environment managing program delivery on a virtual basis
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Additional language is a plus
