What Can You Expect?

And you might be thinking: This is great, what will my day-to-day be like, at TDC? I’m glad you asked. 

As a ECM Solution Architect you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure that solutions are aligned to business needs and communicate the business benefits.
• Participate in the definition of the soltion strategy, innovation areas and technology roadmap.
• Participate in the Solution Architecture Governance boards to ensure the assigned projects are compliant with the strategy and the group standards.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements, existing systems, and applications, and drive the solution for assigned projects.
• Balance the competing constraints of business need, services, technology, and quality to produce the specified product, service or result with minimal change requests required.
• Perform quality review checks on project deliverables.
• Participate on solution portfolio rationalization and operational simplification and identify cost and service efficiencies.
• Apply consulting skills to facilitate decision making, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus and customer commitment.
• Ensure methodical delivery and continuous improvements in shared services
• Collaborate with global teams on strategy updates, planning, and investment prioritization.

What Makes You a great Fit?

While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

• Degree from a technical program, or a business-related degree with IT experience.
• +4 years as Solution Architect/Senior Developer in complex IT projects and landscape
• Working knowledge of cloud native architectures (AWS, MS Azure, Google; with preference on Azure).
• Knowledge on Enterprise Content Management technologies (preferred market products knowledge on IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation and BOX).
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with both, business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile frameworks and associated development tools.
• Knowledge in DevSecOps.
• Experience in an API-driven ecosystem, API design and development
• Strong experience with programming in one or more languages – Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript

Soft Skills:

• Positive attitude & interpersonal skills.
• Team player able to work in a collaborative and multi-cultural environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including teams outside of shared services and solutions.
• Ability to discuss technical topics in business terms, including but not limited to give presentations to an audience with different level of technological maturity.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers by having a holistic view of the different alternatives that would provide a solution to them.
• Ability to think outside of the box and be innovative by keeping abreast of new trends, identifying opportunities to bring in change for business benefit.
