Your role

  

As an FSCD Application Subject Matter Expert I/II your main responsibilities will involve

 

  • Application support in test and production environment for 12 implemented countries
  • Application problem ticket handling
  • FS-CD technical solution design and implementation
  • Interaction with application users to establish and confirm requirements
  • Review and validation of detailed technical designs provided by co-workers or suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical architecture, validation of supplier estimates
  • Estimation for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality
  • Quality review of project deliverables
  • User guidance and training

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As an FSCD Application Subject Matter Expert I/II your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

  • University degree in IT or business or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in IT
  • English a must; German, Spanish or other European languages beneficial
  • Good knowledge of SAP technology including ABAP development
  • SAP certificates or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience with SAP financial modules is a plus
  • Willing to learn and ready to become skilled in FS-CD customizing and development
  • Customer service focus and understanding of customer processes
  • Ability to write and review complex technical designs.

Primary work location is Barcelona.

 

This role requires occasional travel.
