We are seeking for recent graduates, who are interested in developing their professional career in one of the world’s leading insurance groups through a personalized training and development program.

 

The IAA (Investment, Administration & Accountant) Trainee Program offers you the experience to learn from different areas within an international environment providing support, mentoring, and developing new projects.

 

Your role

 

In this role, you will be part of the “Intelligent Automation Team” of IAA’s 3-Years Trainee Program within “Global Services”. Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Support the implementation of new automation processes, services and systems to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the roll-ins of new countries/business units onto the investment applications/platform in terms of automation
  • Requiring you to be responsible for the handover of the project changes to BAU-productive system.

 

We offer:

 

  • First 12 months within RPA team full of training within - RPA Blue Prism Trainings, Power BI, and Query. Followed by an optional rotational program aligned with the manager and team, in different IAA areas: Project Management, Treasury Operations, Master & Market Data and Global IM, continues Training within Python, R, etc.
  • Personalized and formal mentor to ensure that feedback is given about your development of skills and competencies. Mentor will provide you support and feedback of your professional development in our company.
  • Trainee program of 36 months duration. 

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As an IAA Trainee your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

  • Bachelor’s degrees graduates (or equivalent) with a strong academic record, preferably with specialization in Computer Science or wanting to develop into the digital direction
  • Above-average academic grade

 

BUSINESS SKILLS:

 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
  • Ensure a client focus

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

 

  • Blue Prism desirable
  • MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, MS Power Apps, Word & Visio)
  • Python, R knowledge (preferred)
  • Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)

 

PERSONAL SKILLS:

 

  • International and tech-savvy mindset
  • Attention to details
  • Fluent communication skills in English
  • Complex thinking ability and creative problem solving
  • True affinity/passion for digital and tech solutions
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong customer focus and mindset
