IT Service and Application Manager Investment Applications

We are looking for an IT Service and Application Manager to join our Investment Applications team!


Your role


As an IT Service and Application Manager your main responsibilities will involve:


  • Act as a Financial IT Service Manager and support various teams in Investment Management area.
  • Ensure that IT is enabled to meet the Business and Service Requirements
  • Ensure that the Business and Service Requirements are met
  • Understand the Solutions and to ensure that Solutions can be properly operated
  • Develop sufficient skills and knowledge to Integrate Solutions
  • Contribute to different projects (business analysis, technical implementation...)
  • Contribute to daily operations of the various systems


Your Skills and Experience


As an IT Service and Application Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


  • University or Master´s degree
  • English (German is a plus)
  • Independent and reliable
  • 5 and more years of experience on similar position
  • Good communication and anticipation skills
  • Experience in managing Software Releases, Testing and Deployments
  • General IT Affinity Understanding of Cloud-based Technologies and Offerings (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
  • Cloud Integration Management and Technologies (Network/Firewall, Security (Authentication / Encryption), Resilience / Disaster Recovery Testing. Standard Applications (Office, Voice, Mobile, Mail)
  • Basic Understanding of IT Project Delivery Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum)
