About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design and communications? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a global company, helping shape how we connect with each other? Join our team as an intern and support us in building a brighter future together.

 

What you’ll do

  • Support Internal Communications: Help plan and deliver engaging internal communications, following an Always’on approach to support Zurich Duo’s awareness across the organisation.
  • Website Coordination: Assist with setting up, updating, and maintaining our internal portals to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Content Creation: Contribute creative ideas and help design materials such as newsletters, banners, and digital assets.
  • Newsletter Management: Prepare and distribute regular newsletters, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Campaign Support: Help organize and execute internal campaigns and events, from brainstorming to delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for clear, effective communication.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and website management (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
