Get to know the International Programs Service Center (IP SC) area:

We are truly multinational team dedicated to support all Zurich Entities worldwide with an implementation of Complex International Insurance Solutions for their most important customers such as Nestle, Inditex, Volkswagen, ING, Prada, etc. On a daily basis we use different Zurich Applications to ensure that all Zurich Policies are fully compliant with the legislations and meet local requirements. Our main responsibilities include understanding the needs of each International Zurich Entity we are working with and provide high-quality services that fulfil the expectations of our customers in terms of policy issuance speed, quality of the documentation and timely resolution of internal queries. All these Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are thoroughly followed up by International Operations Management, which is our Reporting Unit and first level of contact within the Corporate Center in Zürich, Switzerland.



What will be your challenge? 


Your main objective will be coordination with Zurich Offices all around the world, manage end to end International Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience.



What will your day-to-day life be like?  

  • Quality check of the Insurance Conditions for specific Lines of Business provided by all Zurich Entities worldwide (more than 24 countries)
  • Timely feedback in case of any issues identified and if required follow up communication for additional clarifications
  • Alignment of the instructions between different IT systems used within Zurich Entities on International level
  • Direct contact with offshoring team that performs administrative work and manual activities for population of documentation and internal IT systems
  • Thorough Quality Check of all the activities performed by the offshoring team and reporting of any errors and mistakes for continuous quality improvement
  • Daily contact with our international counterparts involved in implementation of Zurich Insurance locally (more than 30 countries)
  • Support Central Project Team with development and implementation of new technological and digital solutions


What will you need to succeed in the role?


  • High school diploma/GED (high school equivalency)
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Problem solving experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and change
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Insurance knowledge preferred, but not compulsory.
