Investment Operations Staff
Your role
Supports processing, posting and clearing of transactions, payments and corporate actions to ensure correct, complete and timely position management for standard clients and processes. Supports control activities for standard clients and processes in accordance to required timelines.
As an Investment Operations Staff your main responsibilities will involve:
Key Accountabilities
- Supports generating insights and recommendations by addressing specific technical queries from clients and delivering appropriate solutions
- Completes assigned standardized tasks within the team ensuring an efficient and high-quality service
- Communicates clearly the result of their work to management
Additional Job Functions
- Proactively learns from others and supports execution of standard systems and processes for operations and its key deliverables.
Business Accountabilities
- Supports agreed correct, complete and timely service delivery
- Supports trouble shooting standard operational day-to-day issues
- Supports as a subject matter expert and business analyst to projects, internal initiatives and country-specific customer demands
Performance Management Accountabilities
- Model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
- Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members
- Educate team members and business partners on area of technical expertise.
- Provide guidance and support for team members.
- Take action to manage own personal development and encourage others to do the same.
Your Skills and Experience
As an Investment Operations Staff your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or 2 or more years of experience in related field
- Preferred: Masters degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and 1 or more years of experience in related field
- Experience in collaborative projects
- Possibly, leadership experience in extra-curricular activities
- Keen on languages and cross-cultural integration
- Interested about investments and keen on exploring technology solutions
- Curious and innovative mindset
