Your role

We're seeking someone with a passion for continuous learning and a hunger for taking on new challenges. You'll be the organizational mastermind, skillfully coordinating a wide range of activities with different teams and individuals. Your structured mindset and adaptability will be the driving force behind successful project executions.

As a Junior IT PMO your main responsibilities will involve:

Document Wizardry: Capture the outcomes of our creative brainstorming sessions and keep everything organized. Capture all the important details, meeting outcomes, and action items in the right repositories. Your meticulousness will keep our initiatives on track and organized.

Lead the Charge: Take charge of risk sessions, ensuring that we identify and address potential hurdles. Your proactive approach will keep us one step ahead.

Communication Extraordinaire: As an integral part of our Communication and Change Management team, you'll play a vital role in keeping everyone in sync. Familiarity with SharePoint is a bonus that will help you shine even brighter. You'll be the mastermind behind creating, updating, and sharing regular reports with our esteemed stakeholders. Your communication skills will keep them informed and engaged throughout the journey.

Customer-Centric: Your passion for problem-solving and customer orientation will delight our clients, creating a lasting impact and building strong relationships.

Coordination: Comfortably juggling multiple senior project team members is second nature to you. Your coordination skills will shine as you orchestrate seamless collaboration. Staying on top of deadlines will be your forte. You'll follow up diligently with respective owners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Your skills and experience

As a Junior IT PMO, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Language: Excellent written and spoken English

SharePoint Savvy: SharePoint knowledge will give you an edge and help you hit the ground running.

PMO Passion: Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices, such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, and Hybrid, will set you up for success in our dynamic environment.

Organized Mindset: Your organizational skills will shine as you tackle projects both solo and collaboratively. You'll be accountable and responsible for delivering top-notch results.

Stakeholder Whisperer: Building strong relationships with stakeholders is your forte. Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to tailor your message according to the audience.

Financial & Commercial Awareness: While not a requirement, having a grasp of financial and commercial aspects will be a valuable asset as you contribute to our projects.

A Natural Consultative Approach: Your innate ability to bring people together and foster a collaborative environment will be a game-changer.
