Your role

As a Marketing Specialist Intern you will have opportunity to: 

• Support the implementation of the marketing and engagement strategy for an internal data governance product.
• Define, track, and analyze key metrics to measure the success and adoption of internal communications and campaigns.
• Assist with the creation of clear, engaging content (e.g., internal newsletters, product updates, team announcements, presentations).
• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and Communication Leads to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with project goals.
• Help improve awareness, understanding, and adoption of the product across internal teams.
• This is not about customer-facing marketing, it's about driving internal engagement and impact across Zurich’s global organization.

Your Skills and Experience

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is: 

• Studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Available for a minimum 6-month, part-time internship (up to 30 hours/week).
• Interested in internal communications, strategy, and data-driven projects.

• University student interested in developing career in tech field 
• Tech savvy approach 
• An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn 
• A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude
