Our Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Zurich Multinational team as a Multinational Neo Specialist

Are you motivated to support delivery of change and transformation across a complex landscape? Do you want to be part of the team as Neo expands it’s capabilities in onboarding new lines of business and functions? In this role you will work within the heart of the Operational Excellence Team who are dedicated to supporting Multinational Business globally.

You would support and help maintain the Neo application day to day and associated enabled solutions across the Multinational landscape, ensuring operational stability, effective issue resolution, continuous improvement and support future deliverables aligned with business needs. You will work in collaboration with various central teams across Operations, IT and Underwriting and engage extensively with the Multinational network globally, touching multiple functions with a global reach.

What Can You Expect?

As a  Neo Specialist you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide proactive operational 2nd level support for Neo application including incident investigation and resolution.
• Monitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement.
• Support testing cycles, releases and defect resolution across environments, for continuous improvement and strategic deliverables in Neo
• As AI grows, you will assist with running, monitoring and improvement of AI enabled solutions and automations.
• Work within IT service management and governance frameworks.
• Support documentation, knowledge sharing and user guidance.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, tooling and user experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• 2+ years working within Commercial Insurance, with strong business support capabilities and Multinational experience.

• Experience working in Neo application
• Clear and confident communication in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus. 
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving. 
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and adaptability to change. 
• Fast learner with strong organizational and prioritization skills. 
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies. 
• Self-starter with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively
• Calm, pragmatic and resilient under pressure 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED (equivalent). 
• Educational background in administration, international trade, or international relations preferred; other degrees are welcome. 
• Experience in customer service is an advantage. 
• Familiarity with corporate or international insurance is a plus.
