 Your role  

 As part of the internship program, you will have opportunity to: 

• Work at a leading multi-line insurer that serves its customers in more than 215 countries with about 55 000 employees worldwide 
• Coordinate and implement the Design Community of Practice.
• Organize and facilitate sessions across the group, manage agenda and coordinate speakers and attendees.
• Manage, together with copywriters and designers, the communication channels and ensure engagement of participants.
• Create Branding designs for internal and external projects
• Generate graphic design assets for digital and print: icons, images, mockups, brochures…
• Redesign stakeholder presentations in PPT or Indesign
• Create infographics and illustrations
• Create marketing materials and give support for campaign assets
• Collaborate with designers, product/project managers, and other stakeholders for feedback
• Establish and communicate consistent visuals and standards across the company's entire brand.

• Meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Attend international learning sessions and trainings prepared in the business areas like career planning, business etiquette, customer mastery, digital tools and specific functional areas like data analytics, AWS could, etc. 
• Network, cooperate and share your experience with other trainees’ participating in the program from all around the world 
• Actively develop your skills in a highly dynamic and international environment 
• Gain experience in communication and dealing with business stakeholders across number of functions 

• Acquire relevant expertise and be ahead of your peers towards your future career goals 

Your Skills and Experience  

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who has: 

• The ability to facilitate and organize events and online webinars.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate colleagues.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, any additional languages is a strong plus
• Knowledge on MS Tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner
• Knowledge on Design, Visual, UX/UI capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• High level of graphic design skills
• Experience with branding and marketing assets
• Project management experiences is a plus.
• Good understanding of Digital and Design capabilities and processes.  
• Studying a degree/master's degree related to Graphic design
• Looking for at least 6 months part-time/internship program starting in 2023 
• Enthusiastic, tech savvy, curious person craving to learn 
• A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude 
• Able to use English for communication with colleagues and managers from abroad on daily basis 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
