In addition to our technological solutions, we excel in investment, administration, and accounting, ensuring comprehensive support for Zurich's diverse operations.

As an Operations & Network Management intern you will have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
• Enhance your skills with real-world experience
• Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity
• Maintain and update process guidelines and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and materials for ongoing projects.
• Support the calculation of insurance policies, including Late Letters and Reinsurance Slips (RI Slips).
• Maintain and update global databases for brokers and incoming submissions.
• Analyse datasets for reporting and presentations, ensuring data quality and clear communication of results.
• Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate in projects related to business, technology, processes and global network alignment.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

• Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
• Interested in the Insurtech world.
• Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
• A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
• Background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
• Interest in the insurance sector and multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling).
• Comfortable working in English in an international environment.
