About the Role
As Program Office Lead, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, supporting the CEO in driving Zurich’s vision and priorities. You’ll coordinate high-impact initiatives, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure seamless execution of key projects. By connecting people and aligning efforts, you’ll help turn strategy into action—making a real difference for our customers and the business.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
- Serve as the right hand to the CEO, enabling focus on strategic priorities.
- Manage the CEO’s agenda, helping to prioritize meetings, decisions, and time for maximum impact.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and key communications for internal and external audiences.
- Support the CEO in steering leadership meetings, board sessions, and critical projects.
Program Management & Coordination
- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor progress on CEO-sponsored projects, proactively addressing challenges and dependencies.
- Lead special projects and task forces on behalf of the CEO.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, business units, and external partners.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure the CEO’s vision and priorities are cascaded effectively throughout the organization.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency.
- Champion Zurich’s values and culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support change management and adoption of new initiatives across the business.
What you Bring
- 5+ years´ experience in business managment, strategy, consulting, or executive support.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and supporting senior leadership.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder managment skills.
- Strategic mindset and ability to synthesize complex information into clear action.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Proficiency in project managment tools and executive communications.
