As a SAP Senior Business Analyst (FICO - Integration) you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Leading the gathering and analysis of business requirements, with a specific focus on integrations and data exchange.
  • Understanding end-to-end finance processes and aligning them with the Global Finance Core Platform and strategic business goals.
  • Designing and documenting API interfaces, particularly using OData protocols, to enable seamless integration between SAP and external systems.
  • Defining project scope and creating functional specifications for integration scenarios.
  • Preparing SDLC-compliant Systems Design documents, ensuring traceability and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Demonstrating deep knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and reusable components within SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
  • Collaborating closely with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
  • Documenting all new and modified integration solutions, ensuring clarity and maintainability.
  • Supporting and executing application testing, implementation, and training activities.
  • Conducting quality reviews of deliverables related to change requests and projects.
  • Providing expert consultancy to Finance teams on leveraging SAP FICO and integration capabilities to meet business objectives.
  • Ensuring data security, compliance, and customer-centricity are embedded in all designs.
  • Managing day-to-day prioritization of work on capabilities in collaboration with the business.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Performing Business Process Modelling and Re-engineering to optimize business process flows.
  • Understanding cross-functional requirements and contributing to end-to-end solution design across multiple workstreams.
  • Working with the business to shape the business case and providing expert consultancy.
  • Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

What Makes You a great Fit?

 

While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team. We are waiting for you!

 

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong independent working capabilities. Awareness of a broad range of analysis and modelling techniques. BAEP or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and interface/integration design, including API development.
  • Proven experience in OData-based API design, ETL flows, and data integration.
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

 

Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO (ECC 6.0) and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of SAP integration landscapes, including SAP Cloud Integration, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SAP/Non-SAP interfacing, including middleware and cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with finance business processes and their technical implementation in SAP.
  • Experience in SAP/Non-SAP interfacing landscape, SAP process integration and orchestration architecture, and preferably SAP Cloud Integration and REST APIs.
