As a Security Awareness Specialist, you will drive behavior change and build a strong cybersecurity culture across the organization — combining creativity, collaboration, and analytical thinking to help people see security as part of their everyday work.

You will design, deliver, and measure creative initiatives that make security relevant, engaging, and easy to understand. This role combines creativity, collaboration, and analytical thinking to help people see security as part of their everyday work.

To summarize, as a Security Awareness Specialist you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and deliver initiatives that promote secure behavior and cultural engagement — including campaigns, phishing simulations, and annual training.
• Create clear and relatable content to support awareness and learning activities (videos, infographics, stories, or other digital materials).
• Support the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise training and simulated phishing programs.
• Partner with teams across the CFC and business units to ensure alignment and impact.
• Measure the effectiveness of awareness programs through metrics, dashboards, and user feedback — turning insights into action.
• Manage SEA content and communication channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
• Bring new ideas and approaches by staying current with trends in cybersecurity culture, communication, and behavior change.
• Act as a reliable and collaborative team member — helping ensure SEA activities run smoothly and deliver measurable value.

What Makes You a great Fit?

• Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration, with a customer-service mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
• Experienced in communications, learning, marketing, cybersecurity awareness, or a related field (desired but not required).
• Comfortable expressing ideas in engaging ways — through writing, storytelling, presentations, or digital content (experience with design or video tools is a plus, not a requirement).
• Curious about human behavior and motivated to influence positive cultural change.
• Able to balance creativity with structured execution, managing multiple projects independently.
• Technically curious — interested in how tools, automation, or analytics can make awareness initiatives smarter and more impactful.
• Organized and dependable — ensures that both creative and operational aspects of programs run smoothly.
