Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Our opportunity

We are currently looking for a passionate, creative and skilled Product UX/UI Designer.

The ideal candidate will be part of the Digital Delivery Center – Product Garage Department creating innovative UX concepts for mobile, tablet & desktop in close collaboration with stakeholders and frontend developers will help us creating innovative design concepts for the users of our products, based on the results of user research and workflow analysis. Your scope will include products that have been awarded prestigious industry recognitions.

Your role

As a Senior Product UX/UI Designer your main responsibilities will involve

• Drive UX/UI vision in alignment with products roadmap.
• Create engaging, easy-to-use mobile and web apps with responsive designs that address our products users’ needs.Produce concept models, journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with a tight-knit team of product managers, designers and engineers to build modern and delightful interfaces for our products.
• Participate in product user research activities and usability studies to be able to iterate design solutions based on customer data.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product feature ideation. 

Other responsibilities:

• Ideate, craft and iterate on experiences for new product offerings across our ecosystem. Including Conceptualization and product definition.
• Execute all aspects of design in a cross-functional team, including: user research, UX design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Prototyping (Figma).
• Create detailed design flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate your design concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct user tests and other design research activities Present and defend your designs to stakeholders (in English)

Your Skills and Experience

As a Senior Product UX/UI Designer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• 5+ years professional experience working on user-oriented digital products – multi-platform web projects and responsive
• Strong understanding of UX patterns and UI trends. Good eye for detail and excellent organization skills.
• Solid knowledge Figma and Adobe Creative Suit. Some experience on Sketc and Invision will also be nice to have
• Customer-focused, understanding design research methods to help uncover customer insights
• Experience on defining information architecture and user flow.
• English speaker with excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and resolution focused

Nice to have

• Experience in designing and maintaining a global super app
• Experience on doing research activities (collaborative workshops, interviews, shadowing, card sorting, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile environments
