Senior Project Manager - Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our mission.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing the rewards which we offer to our global customer base via our mobile app. Your key focus will be on driving customer retention by ensuring the rewards offered are attractive and enticing for our end users.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll work closely with the Product and Growth team todevelop and steer the position of rewards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop this area to truly make a difference in people’s lives.
Your role
As a Senior Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve
- Sourcing suppliers of rewards and optimizing the rewards platform (including integration and processes)
- Optimizing procurement and supplier management processes
- Working across functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectations
- Working on other strategic projects across LiveWell and within Operations
Your Skills and Experience
As a Senior Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related fields with passion for health and wellbeing.
- 6+ years in project management with experience in rewards, sourcing of rewards, procurement for mobile apps, web and/ or SAAS offerings.
- Strong analytical skills, experience in testing and data-driven decision making.
- Strong English communication and execution skills, capable in working in cross-functional teams
