Our opportunity

 

In this role, you will be a member of Global Shared Services team, collaborating closely with the HR Operations and Technology team in implementing the global HR ServiceNow roadmap, supporting the HR demand from all the countries in scope and working on different projects together with several other teams across the regions.

As a ServiceNow Specialist with our ServiceNow HRSD team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our HR operations and help driving business results.

The job’s core deliverables will rely on delivering services to internal clients. It may involve sharing subject matter expertise to others in the organization or supporting others in their efforts to deliver on our promise. 

 

Your role

 

As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist your main responsibilities will involve

 

  • Lead implementations, gather requirements from our customers and be heavily involved in the delivery team.
  • Help to refine stories and able to realize them in sprints.
  • Interact with our customers on a regular basis through video/teleconferences and email to understand client's processes and business problems;
  • Design and develop ServiceNow features based on business requirements and technical specifications using stories
  • Collaborate with our expert leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow HR Module.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HR Module, customizations, and integrations, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the team.
  • Work in an Agile environment, adhere to and improve the best practices and processes currently in place.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows.

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a ServiceNow HRSD Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience and exposure with ServiceNow HR
  • Experience in defining and deploying processes.
  • Experience identifying solutions with a focus on implementation of technology.
  • Confident in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A "can do" attitude and be able to navigate in a fluctuating context, when everything is not defined or can change.
  • Fluent in English
  • An analytical and problem-solving person
  • Able to work in a multicultural and international environment with good communication and collaboration skills (India, Europe, USA, APAC, LATAM)
  • Result driven and stress resistant. Able to manage workloads by defining priorities.
