What Can You Expect?
The Strategic Account Management (SAM) is a strategic, senior-facing role acting as the single point of contact for Business Unit (BU) senior management across multiple Investment Administration & Accounting (IAA) service lines. The role represents the client holistically, ensuring alignment between BU strategic objectives and IAA service offerings, while orchestrating cross-service collaboration and innovation.
Operating with clear separation from Change, Service managers and CRM roles, the SAM focuses on strategic representation, relationship management, and cross service orchestration for BUs subscribing to multiple IAA service lines

As a Strategic Account Management (SAM) you will have the opportunity to:
- Act as the single point of contact for BU senior stakeholders (e.g. CIO, CFO, Tax, Treasury) on cross-service and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring continuity of communication where individual services cannot attend routine BU interactions.
- Present a holistic view of IAA services to create demand for value‑added offerings and inform BU leadership of new service rollouts.
- Represent BU priorities in IAA strategic planning, ensuring client needs shape service roadmaps.
- Onboard new BU senior management into IAA governance, processes, and service offerings.
- Coordinate all relevant IAA services to deliver unified and consistent client experience.
- Act as a bridge between the BU and IAA Change and Project teams, ensuring BU objectives are clearly understood and reflected in project execution.
- Capture initial business requirements, perform first‑level screening, and ensure accurate representation of needs to relevant IAA services.
- Work directly with clients to co‑create innovative solutions, leveraging cross‑regional insights and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance or expand the use of existing IAA solutions, both process and technology‑driven.
- Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

Your role will involve building relationships with:
- Senior management and key decision makers
- Local, regional, and group-level stakeholders
- IAA service leads across multiple service lines
- Change and Project teams within IAA

Professional profile
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement within complex, multi‑service environments
- Strong capability in strategic relationship management, demand shaping, and client representation
- Experience working across functions, services, and geographies
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable inputs for Change and Project teams
Skills and competencies
- Strategic thinking with a strong client orientation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels
- Ability to operate as an orchestrator across services without owning delivery
- High level of autonomy, judgment, and stakeholder credibility
- Collaborative mindset and resilience in complex environments
