We are looking for a person who is communicative, curious, and flexible.
The ideal candidate will lead the Strategy and Transformation area and will be responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and initiatives related to customer experience transformation and business innovation programs. These programs may be specific to a strategic initiative within the Business Units or Group Functions, as well as broader programs sponsored by the Group, which are executed and implemented across the Business Units with support from Zurich Duo as the key partner for execution.
This role serves as the key orchestrator, ensuring strategic cohesion, cross-functional collaboration, and seamless execution of transformation programs. Acting as a central connector between teams, business units, and leadership, you will ensure that efforts across the organization are aligned to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Program Alignment & Governance
• Serve as the key orchestrator of the various programs and initiatives to ensure strategic alignment.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable initatives and executional projects.
• Serve as the central driver of alignment across various transformation workstreams and initiatives.
• Ensure strategic priorities are consistently integrated across business units and teams.
• Support the development of structured program roadmaps together with the Account and Project Managers, that connect different initiatives to overarching business goals.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address roadblocks.
• Ensure all programs are aligned with the Zurich Group strategy and Customer transformation programs by facilitating collaboration .
• Identify the key initatives that will drive direct buisness KPIs improvements and ensure programs are aligned to those business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with senior leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams to ensure alignment on transformation objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across design, technology, marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions and workshops to drive strategic clarity and cohesion.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing visibility and structure to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Act as the champion of Zurich’s strategy by ensuring projects are executed in line with it.
Change Management & Organizational Adoption
• Champion a customer-centric and transformation-driven mindset across teams and business units.
• Together with the Account Managers and Zurich Duo Management, develop communication strategies
and stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Ensure that change efforts are effectively cascaded and adopted across the organization and Business
Units.
• Advise and ensure BUs and broader teams in the organisation are ready from a process, capaiblity and
tools perspective to adopt transformation initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, strategy, or CX.
• Strong track record of driving alignment across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, digital transformation, and operational change.
• Experience working across multiple business units and functions in large organizations.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into clear, actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in using program management tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design
Thinking, Lean).
