Assistant Manager
To drive business development and growth in the travel insurance sector by identifying, developing,
and maintaining strategic partnerships across assigned regions. This role focuses on expanding Zurich
Cover-More’s market share, supporting sales targets, and executing local channel strategies in
alignment with the national plan.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities with offline and online partners including travel agencies,
brokers, and internet platforms.
-Maintain and strengthen existing channel relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
-Support onboarding and integration of new distributors, ensuring seamless implementation with internal
teams (IT, Ops, Legal).
-Execute business plans and initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and events to achieve sales
targets.
-Track partner performance and ensure timely reporting of KPIs, sales activities, and revenue contribution.
-Assist with product launch planning and partner communication.
-Provide frontline market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to optimize products and customer
experience.
