Senior Supervisor (Beijing)

Responsibility:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with offline and online partners including travel agencies, brokers, and internet platforms.
  2. Maintain and strengthen existing channel relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  3. Support onboarding and integration of new distributors, ensuring seamless implementation with internal teams (IT, Ops, Legal).
  4. Execute business plans and initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and events to achieve sales targets.
  5. Track partner performance and ensure timely reporting of KPIs, sales activities, and revenue contribution.
  6. Assist with product launch planning and partner communication.
  7. Provide frontline market intelligence and feedback to internal teams to optimize products and customer experience.

 

Customers:

  1. Ensure timely and professional support to all partners and customers in alignment with service-level agreements.
  2. Maintain strong awareness of customer experience across partner channels and escalate issues appropriately.
  3. Use market and customer insights to improve offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Communication:

  1. Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of initiatives with broader business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with partner marketing and sales representatives on campaign execution.
  3. Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders based on partner meetings and market trends.
  4. Represent Zurich Cover-More’s brand professionally in all external interactions and engagements.
