Salary:                                                  Salary from £24,000

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wednesfield. In this vital role, you’ll support our engineers by managing stock, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of essential equipment and materials.

What will you be doing?  

  • Maintain accurate inventory of inspection equipment and materials
  • Place and track orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with engineers to understand and fulfil their equipment needs
  • Keep records of stock levels, orders, and supplier communications
  • Support related administrative tasks.

 

What are we looking for?  

You’re an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
