Your role

As an Application Service Delivery Manager, your main responsibilities will involve: 

 

  • Implement established Service Delivery management framework for new customer / new applications in application portfolio.
  • Act as a IT Service Manager for actuarial application teams.
  • Ensure that IT is enabled to meet the Business and Service Requirements
  • Ensure that the Business and Service Requirements are met
  • Understand the Solutions and ensure that Solutions can be properly operated
  • Ensure valid Service Level Agreements and Budgets are in agreed
  • Develop sufficient technical skills and knowledge to understand and integrate solutions
  • Analyze and capture existing system landscape and understand dataflows.
  • Ensure and enforce proper Integration of Third Party Solutions
  • Perform regular Service Reviews with Customers and Suppliers, monitor and report agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Owe Solutions and contribute to projects
  • Ensure IT Governance & Compliance with company standards
  • Coordinate activities and teams to plan, deliver and operate IT solutions
  • Contribute to Financial Management
  • IT Stakeholder management
  • Ensure the availability of required hardware, software, and other tools fundamental for the delivery of IT services.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and facilitate the process for meeting their needs.
  • Designing projects aimed at improving IT processes, systems and operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and other relevant technological tools.

 

Your Skills and Experience

As an Application Service Delivery Manager, your skills and experience will ideally include: 

 

  • 5 or more years of experience on similar position
  • Good communication and anticipation skills, to be able to delegate work to others and to enable them
  • Experience and proven track record in managing Customer / Supplier Relationships (both sides).
  • Experience in managing Software Development Lifecycle - Software Releases, Testing and Deployments
  • General IT Affinity Understanding of Cloud-based Technologies and Offerings (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • Cloud Integration Management and Technologies (Network/Firewall, Security (Authentication / Encryption), Resilience / Disaster Recovery Testing. Standard Applications (Office, Voice, Mobile, Mail)
  • Basic Understanding of IT Project Delivery Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum)

  • Hybrid working: It would be nice to meet you in the office 2-3 times a week, if you live close by. We are also open to hear your preference to work from home more often
