Data & BI Solutions Delivery Specialist #LI-hybrid

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join the Commercial Insurance IT area delivering Business Technology Solutions, who will be responsible for implementation of business requirements into our Qlik Sense reporting solution used to deliver data and insights through dashboards to variety of stakeholders in Sales & Distribution, Actuarial and Underwriting functions.

Your role

As a Data & BI Solutions Delivery Specialist your main responsibilities will involve:

• Developing and maintaining Qlik Sense data pipelines (ETL) and Qlik Cloud applications (dashboards).
• Being valued contributor to our repositories helping maintain best practices in QlikSense application development
• Proactively enhancing existing visualizations and existing data-transformation layers
• Evaluation of options and translating business requirements into technical specifications

Your Skills and Experience  

 As a Data & BI Solutions Delivery Specialist, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 

• At least 3 years of experience in developing reports and scripting in Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud
• Knowledge in database and data modelling concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure data management components (Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory)
• Familiarity with SQL scripting or similar database languages
• Experience in agile methodologies and working in distributed international teams
• Experience using DevOps and GitHub for agile environment and maintenance of repositories
• Personality to be client oriented, team player, flexible, strong communicator and curios nature
• English: fluent in writing and verbal communication

We offer

Compensation for roles at Zurich depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific role, skill set, level of experience, and subject to applicable law. Zurich thus provides a range of compensation aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles. The starting base salary range for this position is 2930 Eur.
