In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Business Units and Group functions to drive agile transformation and propel our digitalization efforts forward.

As the Head of Transformation Delivery, you will play a key role in promoting and accelerating digitalization within our Business Units and Global Ventures. By enabling and unifying client-facing and agent-facing digital tools and services, you will help enhance the digital experience for our customers and intermediaries.

Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering solutions and advisory services to our Business Units and Ventures, enabling them to implement an interaction platform that drives growth. By providing them with the right tools and supporting a rapid transformation process, you will empower our teams to bring new products and services to market faster than ever before.

In addition, you will champion the cross-group reusability of digital assets, ensuring that our client and intermediary-facing tools are utilized to their fullest potential across Zurich. Your role
As a Head of Transformation Delivery, your main tasks will involve: 

• Leading the Digital Product Development and product rollouts of GDP platforms to the BUs
• Leading the operation of GDP platforms in close collaboration with the product teams
• Leading the change from waterfall project delivery to agile digital product delivery at GDP
• Owning the development and operational responsibility of GDP products and leading the corresponding teams
• Partner with the Product owner in agile product development

Your Skills and Experience 

As a Head of Transformation Delivery, your skills and experience will ideally include: 

• Senior Agile Project Delivery Certification Requires (such as SAFe Agile Release Train Engineer)
• 10 years of leading digital product development and operations teams plus the responsibility for global roll-outs
• Certification and experience in using Development Operations Frameworks such as Azure DevOps
• Experience in planning and setting up teams needed for digital product development
• Challenges the team progress on daily basis and tracks meeting key deadlines and provide structure
• Experience in the Digital Payments area is a strong plus
• Experience in Sales Enablement Solutions is a strong plus
• It is valued if the candidate has worked in the Banking-Insurance sector, especially with Insurance clients
• Team management experience of more than 5 years
• Agile engagement portfolio management experience of 10 years
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills (certifications are an asset)
• Excellent English skills
