Your role

As a Pricing & Analytics trainee your main responsibilities will involve:

• Support the team in gathering and organizing data for pricing analysis and rate tables.
• Learn to use data tools to help monitor that algorithms are working as expected.
• Work alongside data and platform teams to understand and check data inputs.
• Assist in the design and prototyping of pricing algorithms and updates, mainly in Excel and Python, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Help actuarial teams by learning about version control, code organization, and documentation.

Your Skills and Experience 

• We are looking for at least 1 year part-time/internship program 
• University student of actuarial sciences, data science, mathematics, financial mathematics, statistics, econometrics or similar - not in the final/ finishing year
• A naturally interested individual seeking to learn and grow
• An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn
• A good team player with a responsible and can-do attitude
• Not afraid to use English for communication with colleagues and managers

Few important notes

• Location(s): Bratislava office, possibility of hybrid work
• Schedule: Part-time - 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
• Wage: 8 EUR/hour
• Start date: ASAP
