We are seeking motivated university students willing to learn and improve her/his own strengths and skills to help the team achieve challenging goals.

As a Trainee for the Actuarial Services team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of tasks, which may include:

• Assisting in the development, maintenance, and delivery of Life actuarial models using Prophet software
• Supporting the calculation of actuarial best estimate reserves and business planning
• Assisting with the maintenance, development, and enhancement of related capital management processes
• Acquiring valuable experience by learning from experienced senior colleagues and engaging with stakeholders from different regions 

The ideal candidate should meet the following attributes:

• University student (studying at Slovak University) specializing in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Probability, Econometrics, or similar
• Naturally curious individual interested in learning more about the insurance business
• A team player with a responsible and proactive attitude
• Not afraid to use English daily to communicate with colleagues and managers from abroad.

Additional Information

• Internship duration: at least 1 year part-time/internship program with the possibility of prolongation
• Location(s): Bratislava office
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, possibility to accommodate working hours
• Wage: 8 EUR/hour
