Your role

As Intern in at Underwriting Service Credit Lines, your main responsibilities will involve: 

• Enter and manage data in our policy systems (credit reports, surety bond applications, notifications, and more)
• Manually transfer information from customer documents into our internal systems
• Coordinate and process cases that require personal attention beyond automation
• Support with billing, document uploads, and follow-ups with customers
• Help with ongoing administrative tasks as our processes evolve

Your skills & experience

Your skills and experience will ideally include:

• You’re studying Economics or Business Administration, or have relevant business admin experience
• You work independently, think in solutions, and pick things up quickly
• You have a strong service mindset and enjoy helping customers
• Fluent in English (German is a plus!)

Additional Information

• Wage: 8 EUR/hour gross
• Location: Bratislava, Mýtna 48 (possibility of occasional home office)
• Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week on average)
• Type of contract: Agreement on Student Work
• Duration: 1 year with possibility to prolong for another year
