Senior ANAPLAN Model Builder FP&A
Join our strong Planning & Performance team (PPM) and take the opportunity to work with leading Business Performance specialists at Group level and in Bratislava. You will work closely with central and local Finance teams on financial forecasting and planning of Zurich Group KPIs across all segments, i.e., Life, P&C, and Farmers.
You will be part of a newly formed team responsible for the development of financial models in ANAPLAN used for monthly forecasting and planning on a global scale, as well as their implementation within Zurich-operated countries.

Your role
- Develop and enhance financial forecasting models in Anaplan, including building models from scratch
- Translate business requirements into scalable, robust modelling solutions
- Design intuitive views and dashboards that provide clear insights into key financial KPIs
- Analyze spreadsheet-based financial models from Business Units and collaborate with stakeholders across countries to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Perform data manipulation, validation, and transformation on large datasets
- Communicate clearly and concisely with relevant stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience with Anaplan, minimum 5 years (model building, design, and architecture) is required
- Solid financial literacy, with a good understanding of key financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers, ideally in the insurance industry
- Advanced data handling skills, including data manipulation, validation, and transformation (e.g., Excel, large datasets)
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured and scalable modelling solutions
- Strong analytical thinking, with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across countries and functions
- Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in task prioritization and time management
We offer
Compensation for roles at Zurich depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific role, skill set, level of experience, and subject to applicable law. Zurich thus provides a range of compensation aligned to internal job architecture and market benchmarks to ensure fair and consistent pay for comparable roles.
The starting base salary for this position is 4000 EUR/ Gross.
