Senior Pricing Analyst for Global Rating Engine implementation
We are looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to support the development and maintenance of actuarial pricing tools and processes. This role bridges actuarial, data science, and IT functions, helping to ensure the quality, transparency, and scalability of pricing models and analytics. You will play a key role in enabling technical capabilities, supporting documentation, and fostering collaboration across teams. We are looking for a person who enjoys working on a variety of tasks rather than specializing.
Your role
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve many of:

Supporting the design and prototyping of modular pricing algorithms

Translating pricing logic into Excel or Python for broader accessibility

Collaborating with data and platform teams to define and validate data inputs

Assisting actuarial teams with version control, code navigation, and documentation

Supporting the development of unit tests and impact testing for pricing models
-
Contributing to the maintenance of pricing assumptions and rate tables
-
Delivering analytical support for rate development and portfolio monitoring
Your Skills and Experience
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, your skills and experience will ideally include:

University degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or technical actuarial roles

Proficiency in Excel and basic Python scripting (other languages like R are an advantage)

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
-
Strong communication and prompt engineering skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment

Autonomous /Independent thinker

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the minimum gross annual compensation for this position, determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, is 2 800EUR/gross. The final compensation package will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
