Trainee for Commercial Insurance Data Analytics & Transformation Team

As part of the Commercial Insurance Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of the activities of the Commercial Insurance Data Analytics program, including assigned relevant business cases at the Corporate Center.

As a Trainee for Commercial Insurance  Data Analytics & Transformation Team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of tasks, which may include:

• Support Commercial Insurance LoB teams with Portfolio KPI initiatives and work with the Central CI Analytics team on the construct, development and maintenance of central SharePoint sites.
• With the support of the wider team, assist with the organisation of various Insight360 application build sessions, including taking minutes and ensuring the build requirements and action points are fully captured.
• Project manage the launch of the Power Users Network for the Insight360 application, including gathering content and writing a BAU Guide for Power Users, setting up and managing network calls, and assisting with enquiries that are received globally into the team, with the opportunity to facilitate the calls, enhancing presentation and project management skills.
• Co-work on communication activities via various communication channels to ensure consistency and clarity of messages in alignment with the Commercial Insurance Data Analytics program.
• Help to promptly respond to requests of key stakeholders for information, technical documentation, and analysis.

The ideal candidate should meet the following attributes:

• University student of IT/technical study in Business or Risk Management
• Ideally in 3rd year of study (finishing bachelor degree)
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit 
• Strong communication & organisational skills 
• Team player with ability to deliver through others – able to work across a matrix  organization and to build strong stakeholder relationships 
• Result-oriented individual with strong time management skills 
• Resilience and adaptability 
• Work or study experience in an international environment 

Additional Information

• Internship duration: at least 1 year part-time/internship program with the possibility of prolongation
• Location(s): Bratislava or Kosice office
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, possibility to accommodate working hours
• Wage: 8 EUR/hour
