An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join Zurich Assure as a General Advice Coach.
Zurich Assure is Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, committed to helping all who need it find the cover they need to protect everything they live for. It combines specialist life insurance advisers and expertise, with digital tools that make the advice process quick and simple – the way life insurance advice should be.
As a General Advice Coach, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of General Advice Consultants, helping them improve their performance and develop new skills to meet the General Advice team goals. You will drive the team’s success by being a subject matter expert on the skills and processes required to meet customers’ needs and achieve operational results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop individuals through training and coaching to consistently deliver across key result areas including customer, operations, risk and compliance, and people
- Monitor, observe and continually identify capability and training gaps, including root causes, to deliver General Advice capability standards and best practices
- Design and maintain feedback loops to provide the required insights for training and coaching
- Act as a key escalation point to assist customers
- Develop and maintain accurate knowledge of legislative & industry changes relating to product groups.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential
- Experience in a customer service/call centre team leadership or coaching role
- Previous experience in insurance related customer service, broking or advice role highly regarded
- Ability to provide and tailor feedback, insights and set goals to support growth
- Solution focused mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- RG146 qualification preferred
