As Product Manager supporting Australian Retirement Trust, you’ll play a key role in shaping the products that support Australians through their superannuation and workplace benefits. Sitting within our Group Life business, this role ensures our products stay relevant, competitive, and genuinely customer focused in a fast evolving market.

You’ll work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to translate insight into practical product outcomes. Your impact will be felt in the way we design, improve, and deliver insurance solutions that make a real difference for members and employers alike.

You will also be responsible for the following:

• Leading the design, development, and ongoing evolution of Group Life insurance products.
• Delivering product roadmaps and reviews that balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting take to market activity including tenders, quotes, and retention initiatives.
• Using market, customer, and competitor insights to inform product decisions and innovation.
• Managing product priorities across a defined client portfolio to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Acting as a trusted product expert and ambassador with internal and external stakeholders

You’re someone who brings curiosity, clarity, and confidence to your work. You build strong relationships, enjoy working across diverse stakeholders, and take pride in delivering outcomes that balance customer value with commercial thinking.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in product management within life insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Australian Group Insurance or superannuation landscape.
• Experience delivering customer centric product innovation and improvement.
• Ability to interpret market and customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
