Location: Swindon, Birmingham, Fareham, Leeds, Manchester or Cardiff, we can be flexible.  

Salary: £14,000 for 20 hours per week plus excellent company benefits

Our Digital Deployment Team ensures our systems run smoothly, continuously improve, and always deliver the FiveStar experience we’re proud of. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team where your contribution is valued, and taking the lead on your own workload is encouraged. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or workshops. 

 

What will you be doing? 

In this role, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support to our Digital Product Team. You’ll need to be highly organised, confident working autonomously, and able to keep up with a dynamic, fastpaced workload. You’ll use strong analytical skills, excellent Excel capability, and confident SharePoint management to ensure our processes run efficiently. 

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Change Request Gatekeeping: Assess Triage and Change Requests to ensure accuracy and completeness, using your analytical eye to identify gaps and proactively resolve issues before handing them to the Digital Product Team. 

  • Specification Review Coordination: Own the scheduling and coordination process, driving timely progress and following up with stakeholders to keep reviews on track. 

  • Digital Backlog Administration: Maintain and update electronic records, logs and backlogs, using strong Excel and SharePoint skills to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. 

  • General Administrative Support: Provide fast, reliable support to the Digital Product Team, taking initiative to prioritise and complete tasks independently. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships to support deadlines, communicate updates clearly and confidently, and contribute to the smooth delivery of digital products. 

 

What are we looking for? 

  • A selfstarter with drive: Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and can manage a varied workload at pace. 

  • Strong analytical skills: Able to review information critically, spot gaps, and ensure data integrity across records and logs. 

  • Excellent Excel and SharePoint capability: Comfortable using both tools to manage data, track progress, and keep documentation accurate and organised. 

  • Clear communicator: Able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. 

  • Organised and detailfocused: Confident managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate digital change logs in a fastmoving environment. 

  • Positive and proactive approach: You don’t wait to be asked, you anticipate what’s needed and keep things moving.
