Our Digital Deployment Team supports Zurich and our customers to make the best use of our systems and ensure that our systems are supported and enhanced to maintain our Five-star rating. 

 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trainee Digital Support Analyst to support our digital initiatives and ensure the smooth operation of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital support, a passion for technology, and a keen understanding of the insurance industry. 

 

Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide first-line support for digital platforms, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of digital tools. 
  • Assist in the implementation of digital strategies to enhance user experience. 
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. 
  • Responsible for making sure that systems are up and running, ensuring all our customers have the relevant accesses. 
  • Identify areas of concern and engaging with our internal teams and external partners. 

 

Your skills and experience: 

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of digital platforms, software, and tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Optimistic, resilient, and confident communicator. 
  • Curious enough to ask the next question. 
  • Passionate and care about the outcome.
