Business Analyst (insurance experience)
Zurich Capability Center is looking for a
Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the various areas involved.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of needs into deliverables.
- Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and results.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (preferably Commercial Insurance, Property & Casualty).
- Solid knowledge of insurance sector products, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, international environment.
- English level: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory)
