Zurich Capability Center is looking for :

Business Analyst /Scrum Master

(Insurance Transformation)

We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master with 1–3 years of experience leading workstreams and cross-functional teams to support enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will contribute to agile delivery, facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams, and support the successful execution of key initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Support of transformation programs
• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) for stakeholder communication with Zurich North America
• GW Policy Center Certification (BA / Functional) – strongly preferred
• P&C / Commercial Insurance experience – strongly preferred
• Experience interacting with Underwriting SMEs
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Jira, Visio, Excel, and wireframing tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering
• process documentation and solution design
• Developing wireframes and functional artifacts.
• regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders from Zurich North America.

Full time

Work zones: Mexico city or Guadalajara (hybrid model)
