Zurich Capability Center is looking for a
Business Analyst
You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of business processes leveraging the INSIS platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong insurance domain expertise with hands-on INSIS experience, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and/or BLC.
- Design functional solutions that align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, business rules, user stories, and SIPOC diagrams.
- Support product configuration, policy administration processes, and billing processes within INSIS.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users and stakeholders.
- Participate in solution design sessions and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution activities.
- Assist clients in understanding and adopting INSIS business processes and functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex insurance transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and functional design.
- Hands-on experience with INSIS PAS and/or INSIS BLC.
- Experience configuring insurance products, workflows, business rules, policy transactions, and business processes within INSIS.
- Experience participating in end-to-end INSIS implementations, system enhancements, or transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle processes including quotation, underwriting, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, billing, and collections.
- Experience supporting functional testing activities including SIT, UAT, test case creation, and defect management.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, web services, and interface validation.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements refinement.
- Experience within Commercial Insurance (Property & Casualty).
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines business processes and policy administration.
- Experience working with P&C products such as Property, Liability, Commercial Auto, Marine, Engineering, Financial Lines, Workers Compensation, or Specialty Lines.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience collaborating directly with business users, implementation partners, and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-country or large-scale insurance implementations.
- Experience working directly with Fadata solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and database-level validations.
- Experience using Postman or similar tools for integration validation.
- Exposure to claims and policy servicing processes.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within the insurance sector.

- Candidates without direct INSIS PAS and/or INSIS BLC experience will not be considered.
